KFC has introduced a new menu item, Chicken Popcorn with two variant, Regular and Large, Regular is Rs.49/- and large is Rs.89/-, taste wise its awesome ( because MSG is added) its quite addictive also. The chicken is so tender and soft, it literally melt in your mouth, sorry too much indulged in it

2. Big Babol fill folly Gum

This gum was very tempting and I tried my hands, it costs Rs.10/- it was a cotton candy first and after few chews it will be bubble gum. but we loose the taste while it was a cotton candy and we are just chewing a tasteless stuff.

MJ’s verdict : Product DOA - Dead on Arrival.

6. In shocking turn over, it seems Microsoft is dumping its own Silverlight technology for RIA application, they are now giving more important to HTML 5. I think this might have risen after the rejection of flash in mobile world. So where does Silverlight goes from here, it will be used to develop software for Windows Mobile Phone 7 apps and some out of browsers apps.

7. Now Google is trying a yet another attempt to be a Facebook Killer with its new Social networking site Google Me. So what happened to orkut ??? You Guess

8. I just want to say Google that software which had the name ME never worked all are super flops like Windows ME, Apple’s MobileME , just playing with luck thats it

9. Android android, whole world is giving hype of it, overall its Linux. Now the surprise is Homebrewer community has jail breaked iphone to run android on it, Yes it’s true, you can run android in iphone. Search in Google there are so many YouTube videos showing it out.

Presenting The First Indoor Ice skating in Chennai and 2nd in India

I am happy to say this first , Chennai had its first Indoor Ice Skating in Ampa Skywalk Mall, Nelson Manikkaam Road.

Yesterday , while gazing through the mall, Me and my friend found this new under construction place, called Pandora and surprised to see they have ice skating wow. so we had a sneak peek into it.

It has a big good enough Ice Skating Rink ready ( I forgot to ask the space it might be more than 1000 Sq Ft, I Guess). The Floor is made up of Synthetic ice, so even if we fall down , we will not get wet or get hurt :)


The Rink is awesome, they are maintaining 6 degree temperature( wow, where will we get such a temp in chennai, One secret the data server room in our office or any office will have this temperature)

I just had a chance to feel it , its awesome

Apart from this Indoor Ice Skating Rink, they offer Virtual Games Video games and the Dance Box ( For those who saw Karate Kid movie, in a scene jaden and that gal will dance before a box , i think both are same).

They have a mocktail pub also inside the venue.

Finally, they are open from 1o am to 10 pm and charge Rs.200/- per half an hour for Ice skating, they are soon going to roll out membership also.

The Ice Skating Rink is open for now, the remaining stuff will take a month, so enjoy it in Pandora, Ampa Skywalk mall, Near Flower Xpress.

Come Let's do spinning, skidding and twirling on the ice surface, if anybody sponosor me he he (Evil Laughs)

I am always obsessed with gadgets and technology, here are some of my Nostalgic Old Mobile Phone.

At that time everything was amazing from sending ring tones via SMS, phone vibration and Free SMS

My First Phone : Nokia 6210

Now it looks bulky and big, but this phone is Executive Phone at that time slim and light weight , it was launched in 2001, with HSCSD with WAP browser. The phone was really handy and gives a professional look.

Games : 3 Games (Snake II, Opposite, Pairs II)

Nokia 8210 : Baby Nokia

I really loved the Nokia 8210 that my whole family circle call this as Baby Nokia it wonderful phone

I love this phone’s customizable Phone Covers, Then the Era of Phone panel started, Every Month I used to visit Richie Street to Show the world What I am with this Phone

Nokia 8310 : A Bachelor Friend

Arguably the first Successful Nokia phone with FM, I saw this phone in the Movie “Terminator 3” and “Wrong Turn” and put lot of pressure to My parents to buy this phone its very costly at that time Rs.4500(2nd hand) and it has FM, which was my complete companion in my college days, by 2003 only private FMs logged chennai, Most notably Radio Mirchi 98.3

I love the Black and Red version of the phone, this phone stayed with me longer for about 2yrs

Sony Ericsson k750i : A Make Over

The Mobile Phone evolution started with SMS to FM then to camera to Music Player etc. At that time Nokia Phones was very costly and very bulky too. Sony Ericsson K700 Impressed me a lot but could not afford it since its too costly for me. When I saved money for it and the phone was out of model and then came the beauty K750i, Soon it became a mini Netbook, Music Player, Movie Player  and Gaming console. I bet nobody would have  roughed up the phone like me. Infact I owned special speakers for this phone

Nokia 5800 : Xpress Music

So after 3yrs of Sony I went back to Nokia, Sony has not offered much after walkman phones and I felt its time to Move on. Now Nokia 5800 is my best Bus companion with 8 GB of Memory and I can convert all movies to 3gp or WMV and can see around 22 movies with it (200 to 300 MB 3GP or WMV). The quality of Movie in WMV is great and It has sneak option too. Great thing is I got a Sennheiser headPhones too.

With Inbuild Wi –Fi  I am enjoying it where ever I go Mostly probably in Sub Way Restaurant  :). The touch screen Phone has touched my heart but I still have the Sony K750i unable to forget the legacy. I still feel there is no phone to beat my Sony Ericsson k750i.

As of Starters You have soups and Garlic Bread, I prefered Garlic Bread which Starts from Rs.70

There are lot of varities of pizza’s, I choosed Veg Exotica since I went with a veg Guy

I love Salads, but in Pizza hut I got Screwed for Rs.95 bucks, I got 4 pcs of Chicken in the salad

A Nice Meal is not finished without a Nice Dessert for Rs.35 a scoop, see is it’s worthy

The Price of the Ice Cream Shown above is Rs.35(per scoop), I think it’s not from Scoop but from Spoon.

Pizza Hut in chennai has lot of franchise, I personnally feel Pizza Hut in Ashoknagar, Vadapalani is not as good as others in Spencer’s Plaza, Adyar etc. Check out yourself, but they have different menu like Onion Rings etc. Menus to vary from Franchise of Pizza Hut.

Windows 1.0 : Then

Microsoft Windows 1.0 was released on November 20, 1985. The first version of Windows was only available on floppy disks and you had to install it on top of DOS; Windows 1.0 was essentially an MS-DOS program.

Windows 7 (formerly codenamed Blackcomb and Vienna) is the latest version of Microsoft Windows, a series of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, tablet PCs and media center PCs. Windows 7 was released to manufacturing on July 22, 2009.

MAC OS 1.0 : Then

The  Mac OS 1.0 came bundled with the first Macintosh personal computers that were introduced on January 24, 1984. At the time it wasn’t even known as Mac OS, but simply as the System Software. Apple didn’t officially rename it to Mac OS until the release of version 7.6 in 1997
